What does your position entail?I am Organizational Development Manager for Schneider Electric Gulf Countries. I am responsible for the nurturing of our own Talent Pool, the development of our people through an ambitious training & development program at local and global level on top of the follow-up of several tools like the Individual Competency Review or the Performance Annual Appraisals, and finally I am also in charge of the staffing duties for our 6 countries.
What are your chief missions?In today's role my mission would be review tasks, organization, interactions and make the changes needed. As one of the SE managers my aim is to lead by making things simple, encouraging diversity in teams, developing a culture of accountability and promote our role as Business Partners.
What brought you to join Schneider Electric?I got to know about SE by chance, but joined intentionally. Strong name in the market, career opportunities and international exposure were essential motivation factors to become a member of this competent and professional team.
What do you value the most at Schneider Electric?I enjoy a lot working in a People-oriented environment, which promotes transparency and empowers the employees. This strong sense of recognition and ownership makes me feel valuable and drives me in my working life in such a dynamic and proactive environment as Schneider Electric Gulf.
