I have a very challenging and responsible position. I am responsible for the electrical distribution and BMS project tendering activities. My team has to be very reactive, fast and accurate in terms of response to issue the quotation and post quotation follow up / clarifications. My personal priority is to set high standards, quality of quotations and response  to meet our customers’ expectations everyday.

I am handling three different tendering teams, each team is focused on specific business i.e. Oil & Gas, BMS and third one is energy infrastructure & building. On job coaching and development of team members is my main priority, which I believe the best to way develop the team. Sharing the knowledge and experience with team members and balance of work within the team is also my responsibility. Empowering and encourage the team leaders and high motivation of teams members I consider very important to the business.

In my previous employment in India and Germany I have been working remotely for the Gulf countries and gained good experience in project and understood well the requirements, regulations and habits of the clients in region. I was keen to work directly in regions for few years and when I was suitable opening on Schneider Electric website I applied for the same and got selected for the position of Sr. Project Engineer. I did enquire about the company with one of my classmate in India and one of the colleagues in the Gulf who worked with Schneider Electric and after that it was a very easy decision to take up the assignment!

What I like the most is the fact that this company is a people-oriented company. Demonstration of capabilities, sincerity and hard work is well recognized and rewarded in the company. Management believe in the people and empower them to take decisions in the interest of business. I do enjoy the freedom and authority given to me to handle the business, which makes my job interesting everyday.
