What brought you to join Schneider Electric?

I had spent two and a half years with Lafarge Cement company as a Maintenance Engineer, and then I started to look for an opportunity in a different industry where Engineering would be more challenging and more complex. As Schneider Electric is a very prestigious and big international company I was pleased to join them.

I value the great team spirit throughout the organization. I also appreciate the good working atmosphere. People are very friendly and very positive when it comes to problem solving. As well as the diversity of national cultures one is exposed to. Also, it is a company which offers lots of opportunities, either in terms of jobs, to show your experience, or of training, to upgrade your knowledge and develop yourself.
