What does your position entail?To be a Tender engineer you should have very good knowledge of the M.V equipment range, and being well versed in the tools we use for preparing our offers. As well as strong management and coordination skills in order to manage large tenders. You have also to be passionate for your work and your customers, especially that preparing professional offers needs big effort and high concentration. What are your chief missions?I can brief Tender Engineer missions as follows:
What brought you to join Schneider Electric?I had spent two and a half years with Lafarge Cement company as a Maintenance Engineer, and then I started to look for an opportunity in a different industry where Engineering would be more challenging and more complex. As Schneider Electric is a very prestigious and big international company I was pleased to join them. What do you value the most at Schneider Electric?I value the great team spirit throughout the organization. I also appreciate the good working atmosphere. People are very friendly and very positive when it comes to problem solving. As well as the diversity of national cultures one is exposed to. Also, it is a company which offers lots of opportunities, either in terms of jobs, to show your experience, or of training, to upgrade your knowledge and develop yourself.
