Social responsibility

Schneider Electric encourages solidarity with host communities in the 106 countries where it operates. We work side by side with our employees to provide emergency assistance to victims of natural disasters. We also support youth education and training to help young people prepare their future and find their place in society.

All our team members have the opportunity to contribute to these actions, which are coordinated, supported and relayed by our foundations in France and the United States. Created in 1998, the Schneider Electric Youth Opportunities Foundation has 200 volunteer employee delegates in 74 countries.
