How to avoid the return voltage on XB4 range that is possible to illuminate the LED when no supply is connected to it?

The LED lamps do have the sensitivity behavior & appear to be dimly lit when a small leakage current flows through it at a less voltage level

The main point is to avoid the leakage current appearing across the LED in the control circuit, There can be two solutions:
1- Usage of Isolation transformer for control supply
2- Using some resistors in parallel to ehe LED lamps so that the value of the resistor should be calculated on the value of the leakage current
